    Outcome: Acknowledged within one operating day. Data handling under deterministic, audit-reviewable methodology.
  3. Stage 03
    Operational Diagnostic Review
    YBG deterministic interpretation of submitted historian record. Thermal-state reconstruction and drift quantification against the unit's own best demonstrated performance.
    Outcome: Returned within 24–48 hours of data receipt. Operator-native interpretive output.
  4. Stage 04
    ControlAlign™ Stabilisation Programme
    Operator-native guidance, drift-band monitoring, and best-state envelope alignment. Coexists with existing DCS / APC layers; no control authority assumed.
    Outcome: Stabilised operating envelope, drift-band thresholds, and ongoing interpretive review cadence.
  5. Stage 05
    Enhancement & Fleet Deployment
    Fleet-level thermodynamic intelligence, consortium and utility advisory expansion, and progression toward fleet ATP positioning under the same deterministic doctrine.
    Outcome: Fleet-level operational consistency, multi-unit best-state envelopes, and engineering-reviewable performance reporting.
