HERO Irrigation is an in-line system that dissolves hydrogen into irrigation water at nano-bubble scale. It delivers 20 L/min output with 3,000–5,000 ppb dissolved hydrogen (sensor-verified) and 99.99% hydrogen purity, and is designed for continuous 24/7 irrigation-cycle duty.

Commercial glasshouses, nurseries, vertical farms, hydroponic operations, vineyards and turf — any operation with a pressurised irrigation main. The system retrofits in-line without changes to driplines, emitters, dosing systems or climate computers.

Climate Systems units generate oxyhydrogen on demand by electrolysis and inject it into the combustion process of an existing boiler, furnace or kiln. The Glasshouse Boiler Oxyhydrogen Generator, the Process Boiler Oxyhydrogen Generator and the Industrial Oxyhydrogen Plant cover duties from glasshouse heating plant through to large industrial thermal installations.

Sizing follows fuel type and thermal duty. As a guide: one Glasshouse Boiler Oxyhydrogen Generator covers up to approximately 4 t/h steam equivalent; the Process Boiler Oxyhydrogen Generator covers 8–15 t/h; and the Industrial Oxyhydrogen Plant covers 15–28 t/h. Yes. HERO Irrigation (US$16,311 DDP), the Glasshouse Boiler Oxyhydrogen Generator (US$29,900 DAP) and the Complete Glasshouse Solution bundle (US$43,900 DAP — US$2,311 less than buying both separately; import duties and taxes payable by the consignee on arrival) are available through secure checkout. The Process Boiler Oxyhydrogen Generator, the Industrial Oxyhydrogen Plant and multi-unit installations are quoted per site.

Delivered Duty Paid means freight, duties and import handling are included in the listed price to your site. Remote-guided commissioning is included for standard systems, so your local mechanical contractor can complete the physical installation with YBG engineers on call.

On DDP destinations, nobody at delivery — freight, duties and import taxes are prepaid, and YBG's logistics provider clears the consignment as importer of record. On DAP destinations, the consignee pays the import duty and taxes assessed on arrival; the landed-cost calculator on each product page shows a conservative estimate before you order.

Import GST (10%) is included within the DDP arrangement and is paid at the border by the logistics provider — you do not pay GST directly. Because the logistics provider is the importer of record, import GST is paid by the logistics provider and is generally not creditable to ABN-registered buyers as an input tax credit; confirm treatment with your accountant.

Yes — within 24 hours of your order confirmation email you can cancel for a full refund by emailing admin@ybgglobal.com with your order reference. Once dispatch preparation begins (manufacturer instruction, freight booking and customs/importer-of-record arrangements under DDP), the order can no longer be cancelled. Every system carries a 90-day full-refund guarantee from delivery: contact us within the period, return the unit substantially in its original condition via the return arrangements we confirm in writing, and the full purchase price is refunded to your original payment method. No. Both product lines generate gas on demand and consume it as it is produced. There is no stored gas inventory, no bottled gas and no pressure vessel requiring separate gas-storage certification.

HERO Irrigation ships DDP to selected destinations and DAP elsewhere. Yes. Australia is YBG's home market. YBG Group International Limited is an Australian-registered entity with Sydney-based engineering roots, and YBG Global supplies both product lines directly within Australia. Domestic delivery and installation support are available without the international DDP/CIF framing used for other markets.
