Neither a consultancy nor a hardware product. YBG Global is a deterministic measurement layer — a structured analytical framework applied to a plant's own operating data. There is no hardware installation. There is no ongoing consultancy retainer. The engagement produces a specific, structured output: a unit-level diagnostic report.

What does "deterministic" mean in this context?

It means the analysis produces the same result every time it is run on the same data, using the same method. There is no AI inference, no predictive model, no probabilistic output. Every result is directly traceable to validated plant data and reproducible by plant engineering teams without proprietary tools.

Typically 3–5 days for an initial diagnostic; 2–4 weeks for a full baseline construction. No live system connection is required for Stage 1.

Does YBG connect to our control system?

No. Stage 1 is entirely read-only and offline — you export the data, we analyse it. Stage 2 involves reading live plant data but has no write access and no interaction with control or protection systems at any stage.

Do you need access to our network or SCADA system?

Not for Stage 1. A data export is sufficient. Stage 2 requires a read-only data feed, which can be implemented without network access to control systems.

How is our plant data protected?

Plant operating data provided for analysis is used solely for the purpose of producing the unit-specific diagnostic. It is not shared with third parties, not used to train models, and not benchmarked against other operators' data. Each engagement is unit-specific and data-isolated.

The fuel savings quantities produced by the Observe–Quantify–Verify framework are structured for MRV-grade reporting. They are traceable, auditable, and convertible to avoided CO₂-equivalent tonnes using plant-specific emission factors. Where applicable verification frameworks exist, these outputs may support compliance reporting or carbon-credit pathways. YBG does not certify carbon credits directly.

YBG Global (this site) is the measurement layer — it identifies and quantifies the performance gap. HydroHub™ (yullbrownsgas.com) is the physical intervention layer — oxyhydrogen combustion enhancement equipment that closes the gap. YBG Global operates independently of HydroHub™. Stage 1 and Stage 2 diagnostics do not require any HydroHub™ deployment.
