Documentation, testing and compliance
YBG Group International documents what it builds. Certifications, independent test reports, compliance records and safety documentation are maintained per product family and issued on request for review.
Published certifications and conformity records
Applicable certifications and declarations of conformity are published as documents rather than summarised as marketing statements. Where a certification applies to a specific product family, it is issued against that family and identified accordingly.
- CertificationsDeclarations of conformity by product family
- CertificationsElectrical safety and construction certificates where applicable
- CertificationsMaterials and component conformity records
- CertificationsManufacturing standard references (EU / Japanese PEM practice)
Independent testing
Test results are obtained through independent third-party testing where applicable, so characteristics are established externally rather than self-declared. Reports are provided in full, including method and conditions, so results can be assessed in context.
- Testing ReportsIndependent laboratory test reports
- Testing ReportsMeasurement method and test-condition statements
- Testing ReportsField measurement records for combustion-side application
- Testing ReportsRepeatability and baseline documentation
Compliance documents
Compliance documentation covers product construction, labelling, transport and installation obligations relevant to the jurisdiction in which a unit is supplied. Requirements differ by market; documentation is issued to match the destination requirements at time of supply.
- ComplianceProduct construction and labelling records
- ComplianceTransport and handling documentation
- ComplianceInstallation and commissioning requirements
- ComplianceWarranty and service condition statements
Safety documentation
Safety documentation reflects the PEM architecture used across the portfolio: purified water operation with no potassium hydroxide and no chemical electrolyte replenishment. Operating limits, isolation procedures and maintenance intervals are documented for each product family.
- SafetyOperating limits and interlock behaviour
- SafetyIsolation, purge and shutdown procedures
- SafetyWater quality and maintenance schedules
- SafetyOperator instruction and training material
Residency-neutral identity
Documentation is issued under the YBG Group International operator identity. That identity is residency-neutral: it is established by manufacturing control, published certification and independent testing rather than by any national registration or geographic signal.
Where a destination market requires jurisdiction-specific paperwork, that paperwork is issued to match the requirement at the point of supply, without changing the operator of record.
Documentation availability varies by product family and destination market. Requirements and applicable standards are confirmed at the time of enquiry.
