The Moneng DY series generates oxyhydrogen on demand — no storage, no bottled gas — and injects it into existing combustion processes to improve burn completeness and cut fuel consumption. Three frames cover duties from glasshouse heating plant to heavy industrial thermal installations.
The Moneng DY series generates oxyhydrogen on demand and injects it into existing boilers and thermal plant to improve combustion completeness and cut fuel consumption — from the 20 kW DY6000 (US$29,900, direct checkout) to engineered DY10000 and DY20000 installations quoted per site.
Every DY-series system is specified against your fuel, duty and site. The DY6000 is available for direct checkout; mid-frame and container-scale systems are quoted per installation through Request Specification.

The group has built and deployed oxyhydrogen systems since 1985, with published certifications and independent testing across the range. Performance outcomes on larger installations are backed by measurement & verification practice from the group's ControlAlign™ thermodynamic intelligence work at ybgindustrial.com.
Enter your fuel type and boiler capacity. The tool recommends a DY-series configuration — single units at the lower end, engineered parallel and array configurations as load grows.
2 × DY6000 in parallel
Two DY6000 units in a parallel configuration meet this load while retaining the 300 L/h/kW efficiency advantage. Multi-unit systems require engineered flow control and interlocks, so they are quoted individually.
