What is oxyhydrogen combustion enhancement?
A DY-series generator electrolyses deionised water into oxyhydrogen (HHO) gas on demand and injects it into the combustion air stream of an existing boiler, furnace or kiln. The gas's combustion characteristics promote a more complete burn, extracting more useful heat from the same fuel input.
Do I need to rebuild or replace my boiler?
No. The system retrofits to the existing combustion train via an injection lance at the burner or combustion-air stream. There is no burner replacement, no re-tubing and no control-system modification.
Is any gas stored on site?
None. Oxyhydrogen is generated on demand and consumed as it is produced — there is no storage vessel, no bottled gas and no gas inventory to certify or insure.
Which DY-series model do I need?
Sizing follows fuel type and capacity. As a guide: a single DY6000 covers duties up to ~4 t/h steam equivalent; two DY6000 in parallel cover 4–8 t/h; the DY10000 covers 8–15 t/h; the DY20000 covers 15–28 t/h; larger duties use engineered DY20000 arrays. Which fuels are supported?
Natural gas, biomass, coal, diesel and other industrial fuels. Solid and heavy fuels carry a higher combustion-improvement demand, so the sizing tool uplifts capacity by 25% before banding for coal and biomass.
How do I buy a DY-series system?
The DY6000 (US$29,900 DDP worldwide) is available for direct online checkout. The DY10000, DY20000 and all multi-unit configurations are engineered per installation and quoted through Request Specification.
What electrical and water supply is required?
All frames run on 3-phase 380–480 V, 50/60 Hz and deionised or distilled feed water. The DY6000 draws 20 kW; the DY10000 35 kW; the DY20000 70 kW.
Who installs and commissions the system?
The DY6000 includes remote-guided commissioning for your own mechanical contractor. Mid-frame and container-scale installations are commissioned under engineer supervision, with site assessment recommended for DY20000 arrays.

Which configuration fits your boiler?

Enter your fuel type and boiler capacity. The tool recommends a DY-series configuration — single units at the lower end, engineered parallel and array configurations as load grows.
