What is oxyhydrogen combustion enhancement?
A Climate Systems generator electrolyses deionised water into oxyhydrogen (HHO) gas on demand and injects it into the combustion air stream of an existing boiler, furnace or kiln. The gas's combustion characteristics promote a more complete burn, extracting more useful heat from the same fuel input.
Why oxyhydrogen (HHO) rather than pure hydrogen?
Splitting off pure hydrogen from the electrolysis process wastes the oxygen produced alongside it — for the same electricity input, that makes pure hydrogen roughly a third more expensive per unit delivered than oxyhydrogen (HHO), which uses everything the electrolysis process produces. It is a cost and engineering choice, not a shortcut.
Do I need to rebuild or replace my boiler?
No. The system retrofits to the existing combustion train via an injection lance at the burner or combustion-air stream. There is no burner replacement, no re-tubing and no control-system modification.
Is any gas stored on site?
None. Oxyhydrogen is generated on demand and consumed as it is produced — there is no storage vessel, no bottled gas and no gas inventory to certify or insure.
Which model do I need?
Sizing follows fuel type and capacity.
